As part of the Compliance, Law and Intellectual Property Organization (“CLIP”), Compliance supports the business activities of the Company by identifying related business and legal risks, developing procedures to prevent any illegal or unethical business conduct as well as by promoting a healthy compliance culture.

Our Task

The Compliance Officers and Experts assess daily business challenges from a compliance perspective and recommend balanced solutions that help to ensure Vitesco’s business success and at the same time avoid putting Vitesco and its reputation at risk. If, despite all preventive measures being taken by Compliance, laws or internal regulations in the compliance areas have been breached, the Compliance Organization ensures within and by means of Vitesco Technologies CMS that all such infringements are detected and adequate mitigation measures are applied.
