Vitesco Technologies has committed itself to comply with the UN Women Principles and the Diversity Charter Principles. Continuing the journey to create an inclusive workplace, the company has developed inclusive leadership practices: Leaders undergo coaching initiatives as well as training on unconscious bias and inclusive leadership, among other things. In addition, the company supports its employees in setting up Employee Resource Groups. These are voluntary, employee-led interest groups on specific characteristics or life experiences. The company has also set itself the goal of increasing the proportion of women in management positions to 21% by 2026.
